In this role, you will represent our client's market-leading products and services, meeting face-to-face with prospective clients to build lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients with confidence.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Attend daily and weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Document client interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
- Travel within the Albuquerque area to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates with zero sales background.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
