Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients through field visits, networking events, and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and expansion
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns
- Attend weekly sales training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships or relevant coursework acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to work independently
