Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business through cold outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships
- Present and demo SaaS solutions to C-level executives in technology, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and implementation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales/customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within Oregon and SW Washington
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn complex products
