Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with qualified leads in San Jose and surrounding Bay Area
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using value-based selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and new customer acquisition goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales experience, internships, or related customer-facing roles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish skills highly valued
