Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with B2B clients in Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Present and demonstrate company products/services through face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to refine your skills
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus
- Highly motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Resilience to handle rejection and persistently pursue goals
- Philadelphia-based residency preferred for territory coverage
