Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with 15+ qualified leads daily through in-person visits and cold outreach
- Present tailored B2B software solutions to decision-makers in Austin's tech and healthcare sectors
- Close 3-5 deals monthly while maintaining 85% client retention rate
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Attend weekly training sessions on product updates and negotiation techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs to qualify for quarterly leadership bonuses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales experience (internships welcome)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic CRM tools
