Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
- Willingness to work full-time hours with occasional evening availability.
