Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for senior account executives.
- Present company solutions and products to potential clients with confidence.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Local to the Washington, DC area.
