Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and present product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals over the phone and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Track daily activity and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend daily team meetings and training workshops to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we train our own.
- Strong desire to learn and a competitive drive for success.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
