Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients within the Tampa market to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify new leads by utilizing various databases and networking strategies.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective customers to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening availability.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are required for remote work flexibility.
- Must be a resident of the Tampa, FL area.
