Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools and databases to identify and contact high-quality local business leads via phone and email.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct engaging discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Objection Handling: Professionally navigate objections and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, track sales cycles, and forecast revenue.
- Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and coachability over previous sales history.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and CRM software (training provided).
