As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with potential clients and guiding them through our product suite. Responsibilities
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities within the Pacific Northwest region.
- Product Demonstrations: Present our software solutions to potential clients via Zoom and phone calls, ensuring a clear understanding of our value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM, tracking all interactions and pipeline stages.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs regarding calls made, demos booked, and revenue generated.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
