Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Present product and service solutions to potential clients to meet company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in our database.
- Attend daily team meetings and sales training sessions to refine techniques.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Able to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, with occasional evening calls).
