Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track all sales activities and update accurate records in the company database.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and rapport building.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using CRM platforms.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
