Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and accurately update CRM systems with client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to refine sales strategies and scripts.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and products.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
