Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present company solutions to prospective clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target high-value demographics.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and a track record of setting and achieving goals.
