Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads within the DC/VA territory.
- Client Engagement: Engage potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions to drive product adoption.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily sales huddles and team training sessions to continuously refine your sales technique.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to work hard to achieve financial goals.
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency and access to a reliable internet connection and smartphone.
- Location: Must reside within commuting distance of Washington DC or Northern Virginia.
