Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Reach out to qualified leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services and book qualified meetings.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Follow-Through: Nurturing leads through the sales funnel to ensure timely conversion and deal closure.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target audiences.
- Training Attendance: Actively participate in daily training sessions, role-playing exercises, and sales workshops.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and CRM software (training provided).
