Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Demo & Present: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to align on campaign goals and sales tactics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and earn uncapped commission income.
- Goal Orientation: Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and basic data entry; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Attitude: Coachable, resilient, and eager to learn new sales methodologies and product knowledge.
