We are seeking Entry Level Sales Representatives to handle outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and relationship building with clients across the Carolinas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities in Charlotte and Florida.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to determine their needs.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client data and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
