Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to demonstrate value and solve client pain points.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
