Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Explain product features and benefits to align with customer needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales approaches
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications

- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level welcome)
