Responsibilities
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and digital prospecting
- Manage 50+ accounts across Texas/PA territories
- Present product demos to C-level executives
- Close 10-15 deals monthly with average deal size $15K
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets (120%+ achievement rate)
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Submit weekly activity reports using Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
- Ability to travel 25% of time (PA/TX routes)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
