Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all client interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Must be based in Texas with ability to work onsite in Austin
