Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their needs
- Present product solutions and close sales transactions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools
- Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejection
- Virginia Beach residency preferred (local candidates strongly encouraged)
