Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions to potential customers using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales experience (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
