Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
- Present product solutions and close sales within assigned territories
- Maintain detailed client records and sales activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
