Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and revenue
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly business reviews
- Continuously refine sales scripts and objection handling approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years sales experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
