Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Resilience with ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
