Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base across Ohio
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations at business locations
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction rates
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and overcome technical challenges
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate qualified leads
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel 70% of time
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Ohio-based residency required for territory coverage
