Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads and schedule appointments.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and determine product/service fit using consultative questioning techniques.
- Closing Deals: Utilize persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and secure sales.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Follow-Up: Professionally follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity is missed and nurture long-term relationships.
- Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports and feedback to management regarding market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
