Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for technical solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline data in real-time CRM systems
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings, and closed deals
- Participate in ongoing product and sales methodology training
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships welcome)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities

- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
