Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Present product solutions via personalized demos and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization and lead nurturing
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings set, and pipeline generation
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM hygiene
- Participate in weekly team training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships accepted)
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and sales automation tools
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
