Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in daily sales huddles and ongoing training programs
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome!)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive speaking abilities
