Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements using consultative selling
- Collaborate with senior sales reps to develop customized proposals and close deals
- Maintain accurate sales activity data in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Participate in daily sales huddles and ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level welcome)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Must be available for evening training sessions (2-3 nights/week)
