Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions effectively through virtual demonstrations and consultations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or relevant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for technology
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic understanding of SaaS solutions (training provided)
