Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and video
- Present product solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and progress in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years sales or customer-facing experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with competitive drive
- Authorized to work in the US
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days office/2 days remote)
