Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn for our SaaS platform
- Present product solutions to decision-makers across target industries
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
