Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling and email outreach
- Build rapport with prospects and qualify leads using CRM software
- Present product solutions and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales experience (graduates welcome to apply)
