Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local teen clients and community partners
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches at pop-up events
- Track sales metrics using our CRM system and report weekly progress
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop teen-targeted campaigns
- Attend weekend and after-school events (avg. 10 hrs/week)
- Participate in bi-weekly sales training workshops
Qualifications
- Current high school student or recent graduate (18-21 years old)
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking with peers
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
- Reliable transportation for Charlotte-based events
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (15-20 hrs/week)
- Passion for youth empowerment and sales fundamentals
- No prior experience required – training provided!
