Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business acquisition strategies through targeted prospecting and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding industry-specific pain points
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solution proposals to C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client onboarding experiences
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Participate in continuous skills development through weekly role-playing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in achieving goals
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
