Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target healthcare organizations
- Present and demonstrate InnovateTech's SaaS solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized client proposals
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years sales, customer success, or business development experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex technical products
- Goal-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
