Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategic account plans
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
