Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business acquisition strategies for enterprise clients across the Northeast
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and present solutions via virtual/demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and nurture sales-qualified leads
- Manage CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed client documentation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ activity metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and competitive analysis workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer success, or business development experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Unwavering resilience and ability to handle rejection constructively
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings (company reimbursed)
