Responsibilities
- Master our sales playbook and CRM systems through immersive onboarding
- Identify and engage with Sacramento-area businesses via warm leads and networking
- Develop tailored solutions for clients' operational challenges
- Collaborate with senior AEs to close deals and maintain client relationships
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and sales strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcomed)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Resilience to handle rejection and meet targets
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and quick CRM adoption
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
