- Maintain deep product knowledge across 200+ SKUs to provide authoritative recommendations
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and nurture long-term relationships
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to optimize in-store product displays
- Lead weekend inventory audits and ensure stockroom organization meets brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in B2B or luxury retail sales with verifiable sales achievement records
- Proven expertise in consultative selling methodologies and objection handling
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
