This is a unique role offering a Weekend Shift schedule, allowing you to secure your base income during the week while capitalizing on higher commission potential on weekends. If you have a proven track record in closing deals and building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to potential clients in the San Antonio area.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide weekly performance reports.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in outside sales or business development.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work a Weekend Shift (typically Saturday/Sunday).
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
