Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell products and services to increase the average transaction value.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
