Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Present tailored product demos to enterprise-level decision-makers
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS/tech
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Track record of exceeding $500K+ in annual sales quotas
