Responsibilities
- Execute face-to-face sales presentations to new and existing clients across El Paso County
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting activities in CRM system
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Represent company at weekend trade shows and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification strongly preferred
